We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our Cinnabon team as Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and serving our mouth-watering cinnamon rolls and other baked goods, while providing exceptional service to our beloved customers.

Duties and Responsibility:

Prepare and bake our signature cinnamon rolls, and pastries according to Cinnabon’s famous recipes.
Greet and assist customers, ensuring they have a delightful experience in our bakery.
Maintain clean, organized, and inviting bakery environment.
Adhere to food safety, and sanitation standards.
Operate the cash register accurately for sales transactions.
Participate in opening and closing duties as required.

Qualifications:

No previous experience is necessary; we provide training.
A customer-focused approach with a friendly and positive demeanor.
Detail-oriented with an ability to follow recipes and guidelines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced bakery environment.
Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions.
Flexibility in working hours, including evening and weekends.
